Solange Knowles was spotted shopping in a bright orange dress in London on Thursday afternoon. The singer was performing her new single ‘I decided’ on GMTV show and went shopping at Miss Selfridge. After shopping, she headed to BBC Radio One studios to be interviewed on the Jo Willey radio show.
